The Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI)
The Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute was founded in 1922 and represents over 2,000 qualified auctioneers, estate agents and valuers. It has a degree entry standard for membership, insists on its members having Professional Indemnity Insurance in place and has a comprehensive set of Rules of Conduct and Complaints Regulations with independent outside nominees on its Disciplinary Committee and Appeal Boards.

Land & Property Services
LPS are responsible for many property related services including: valuing all domestic and non-domestic properties in Northern Ireland, issuing rates bills, maintaining the Title Register in, Land Registry and Statutory Charges Register and the Registry of Deeds, supplying mapping information for Northern Ireland and providing records and data about place and location.
